Frequently Asked Questions & Information (FAQ)
When can I cancel my booked tour?
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the start of the tour. If canceled within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Do we have to ride in a group behind each other, or can everyone ride as they please?
The tours are guided excursions. For safety reasons, one tour guide always rides at the very front to lead the group, while the second tour guide rides at the back of the convoy as a sweep for security. This ensures that no one gets left behind and that immediate assistance is available in case of an emergency. All participants must follow in a single file line and maintain a safe following distance.
What happens if I have a breakdown or a problem with the scooter during the tour?
Don't worry! Our tour guide is trained for emergencies and carries basic tools. In the event of a major breakdown, we will immediately organize a replacement vehicle or return transport.
Can I rent the scooter on its own without booking a guided tour?
No, we exclusively offer guided experience tours with a tour guide.
What happens if the tour cannot take place due to bad weather?
If the tour cannot take place due to bad weather, you have the option to reschedule the tour to an alternative date or receive a full refund.

"Exception":
However, if a helmet falls or is damaged, this is NOT covered by the insurance. The cost of the damage must be paid in full by the renter.
⚠️ ATTENTION:
We reserve the right to refuse customers without any refund if we determine that you do not possess sufficient riding experience. Unfortunately, we are not a driving school. Therefore, please ensure that you are confident in riding and controlling a scooter safely.
